Everything you need to know about getting your order, and sending something back.
Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
- UK delivery is £4.50 per order, and free on orders over £50.
- We dispatch orders the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- You will get an email when your order is confirmed.
If your order has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email info@wnthair.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
Returns
- You can cancel your order and return products within 14 days of the day you receive them, as long as they are unopened and in their original sealed condition.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
How to return something
- Email info@wnthair.com with your order number and the items you are returning. We will reply with the return address.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing.
Refunds
We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, email info@wnthair.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
