Who we are

What we collect
- Order details: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and what you bought.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details such as the card type and last four digits. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, such as a question or a return request.
- Technical information: your IP address and basic device information, used to keep the site secure and to help prevent fraud.
Why we use it
- To take, process and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds. We do this to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records. We do this because the law requires it.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure, and to answer your questions. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests, and yours.
We do not send you marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and we never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, which processes payments and helps prevent fraud.
- Krystal Hosting, which hosts our website.
- Google, which provides our email.
- The delivery service that carries your parcel.
- Our accountant, and authorities such as HMRC where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as the law requires. If you have an account, we keep your account details until you ask us to delete it. We keep emails you send us for as long as we need to deal with them, and for no more than two years after that.
Cookies
We only use cookies that the shop needs to work, such as remembering what is in your bag, keeping you signed in and keeping checkout secure, and fraud-prevention cookies set by Stripe at checkout. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it to you or someone else. You can also object to how we use it. Email info@wnthair.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
