2. Who these terms are for
Our website is for consumers buying for personal use. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Salons and other businesses can apply for a trade account by emailing info@wnthair.com.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming it. The contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because a product is out of stock or there is an error in the price shown, we will tell you and will not charge you, or will refund any payment in full.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See our delivery and returns page.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. Card and digital wallet payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
We dispatch orders the next working day. Delivery charges and details are set out on our delivery and returns page. Products are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your products. Because our products are cosmetics, this right applies to products that are unopened and in their original sealed condition, and does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons. 7. Faulty products
If a product is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a refund within 30 days of delivery. Email info@wnthair.com and we will put it right.
8. Using our products
Our products are for external use on the hair and scalp only. Avoid contact with the eyes, and if contact occurs rinse well with water. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, check the ingredients printed on the pack before use. Keep out of reach of children.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

We use your personal information only as set out in our privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
